How to Migrate LOVE LP Tokens

New staking rewards contracts have been deployed for all (17) reward pools. These will be replacing the old set of staking rewards contracts. In this article, we will be guiding you step-by-step on how to properly migrate all of your deposited LOVE LP tokens to the newly deployed staking rewards contracts.

There will be (2) different methods of LOVE LP token migration. Only one of the two methods is necessary for a successful migration. Both methods perform the same smart contract functionalities; however, one of them requires a bit more tech-savviness. Please choose the method you find to be easier to follow along.

Via a user-interface — this method will suffice for most individuals. It’ll be through Love Boat Exchange’s friendly interface that users are already familiar with.

1. First visit the Love Boat Exchange dApp via this link here which has the old staking rewards contracts
2. Connect your wallet
3. Locate the reward pools you have deposited your LOVE LP tokens into and click “Manage”
4. Click “Withdraw” to claim your $LOVE rewards that have accumulated along with all of your deposited LOVE LP tokens
5. Repeat the steps above to ensure that all of your LOVE LP tokens have been successfully withdrawn
6. This completes the withdrawal process of all LOVE LP tokens from any of the old staking rewards contracts via the vercel link provided above
7. Now visit the Love Boat Exchange dApp via this link here which has the new staking rewards contracts
8. Connect your wallet
9. Locate the same reward pools and click “Deposit” to stake your LOVE LP tokens into the new staking rewards contracts
10. Repeat the step above to ensure that all of your LOVE LP tokens have been successfully deposited into the new staking rewards contracts
11. This completes the migration process of all of your LOVE LP tokens from the old rewards contracts (via the vercel link) onto the new rewards contracts (via loveboat.exchange/#/rewards)

Via a block explorer — this method is only recommended for tech-savvy individuals who are very comfortable with navigating a block explorer and calling smart contract functions. In this example, we will be migrating DAI-USDT LOVE LP tokens from the old DAI-USDT staking rewards contract onto the new DAI-USDT staking rewards contract via Polygonscan, a block explorer.

1. Visit here and click the “Contract” tab
2. Click the “Write Contract” tab
3. Click “Connect to Web3” to connect your wallet
4. A pop-up will show — click “OK”
5. Under the first box labeled “1. exit”, click the “Write” button
6. Confirm the transaction with your wallet
7. This completes the withdrawal process of the DAI-USDT LOVE LP tokens from the old DAI-USDT staking rewards contract
