Navigating the seas can be a challenge without a clear roadmap! We have plenty of fun and exciting developments, features, and improvements in mind that we want to share with the community.
Homepage
The first new feature that will be released very soon is the home page on our dApp. This newly designed landing page will be where users get directed upon visiting the exchange.

- A one-click modal to become a liquidity provider
Dashboard
Our DEX will feature a quick, easy-to-read infographic dashboard that will display pertinent account data, such as one’s current holdings, deposited amounts, real-time rewards counter, asset allocations across pools, and much much more!

Governance
The push to fully decentralize Love Boat is underway as we make the final tweaks and adjustments to run this ship (or boat) as a DAO. These governance functionalities will allow for on-chain voting via Snapshot, thus enabling community members to delegate their LOVE and let their voices be heard!
Submit proposals, create discussions, vote on future protocol updates, and ultimately help us steer Love Boat in the right direction. Read more about it here.
Multi-Chain Expansion
We want to share the LOVE across all types of blockchains, not just Ethereum and Polygon. Layer 2 rollup solutions, such as Arbitrium and Optimism, will be the first on our list as they provide Ethereum-native functionalities. However, plans to deploy our smart contracts onto other popular chains have been thoroughly discussed, such as Avalanche, Fantom, BSC, Solona, and others!

MEV Protection
Protecting our users is our highest priority. This is why we are planning to integrate with the Eden Network to further democratize MEV. This will protect traders on our platform from priority transaction reorg exploits, such as frontrunning, backrunning, and sandwich attacks. A more detailed explanation regarding MEV can be found here.
Chainlink Collaboration
We will be collaborating with the Chainlink team to leverage their on-chain provable randomness function. Using their VRF and price oracles will allow us to implement fun and exciting features on our AMM, such as randomly selected pools for bonus rewards on a weekly basis!
UX Improvements
We’ve been listening carefully and taking note of what our community wants! Some of the main features we plan to implement on our dApp that would greatly improve user experience are:
- Infinite approve — no more having to approve the same token again and again; save on gas (and time) with this new feature
- Zaps! — a one-click swap from any listed ERC-20 token to any LOVE LP token; save additional gas and time
Diamond Bridge
The fastest and most secure way to transfer digital assets across multiple chains. A proof-of-stake bridge to tie all possible gaps to enable a fully-fledged cross-chain ecosystem natively through Love Boat’s simple and easy-to-use bridging interface!
Matchmaking
Love Boat’s Matchmaking program is a liquidity provision reward system for new token projects. Tokens that are selected to be a part of the program will be allocated a certain amount of LOVE tokens per block. This reward system will not only incentivize liquidity provision but will also provide protocol-wide liquidity insurance.
